Course Overview
This course prepares local seafarers to sit the examination of Restricted Certificate of Competency in Radiotelephony conducted by the Office of the Communications Authority of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (OFCA). Person passing such examination can apply to OFCA for “Restricted Certificate of Competency in Radiotelephony and Authority to Operate” to operate a radiotelephone station onboard Hong Kong local vessels.
This is an approved course under the MATF. Successful applicants will be refunded 80% of the fees for completing pre-approved courses / examinations. For more information, please refer to MATF's website http://www.matf.gov.hk/
