(GOCR) GMDSS General Operator’s Certificate (GOC) Refresher Course

Overview

This course is to provide the GMDSS refresher training to the holder of GMDSS GOC who has no proved sea services in the concessive five years. Upon completion of the course, trainees will be able to operate efficiently the GMDSS equipment on board for communication in emergencies. Besides, they will also know how to avoid sending out unintentional distress alerts and the procedures to mitigate the effects of distress alerts following unintentional transmission.
