Maritime Resource Management (MRM) is a human factors training aimed at the maritime industry and preventing accidents at sea caused by human error. This course met the mandatory minimum requirements for knowledge, understanding and proficiency stated in Table A‐II/1 A‐II/2; A‐III/1 & A‐III/2 of STCW Code 2010.
