The Ship Navigation Simulation (Hong Kong Waters) course refreshes the students' knowledge in local environment within the waters of Hong Kong, gives students a brief revision of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGS) and raises the professionalism and awareness of navigational safety and handling of emergencies.
