Course Overview
This course is intended to provide a person with knowledge, skill and understanding of leadership, teamwork and resource management at the operational and management level on board a ship.
This course meets SCTW requirements for the application of leadership, teamworking skills and managerial skill stated in Table A-II/1, A-III/I, AII/2, AIII/2 and A-III/6 of SCTW code 2010.
